Terms
Terms built for a training tool—not a replacement for professional care.
These Terms of Use govern your access to Swole Goal's app, website, subscriptions, and related services.
Effective September 22, 2026
Acceptance and eligibility
By using Swole Goal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian should review your use.
Fitness and medical disclaimer
Swole Goal provides general fitness and nutrition education for healthy adults. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, injury rehabilitation, emergency services, or individualized medical care. Recommendations are suggestions based on the information available to the app and may be incomplete or wrong.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, or experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms. Stop exercising and seek appropriate care when needed.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for selecting safe exercises and loads, checking equipment, using appropriate technique, and exercising within your abilities. Estimates such as calories, macros, one-repetition maximums, recovery scores, and AI-generated content should be reviewed rather than treated as guaranteed measurements.
Accounts and security
Core features may work without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for your device and account security and for information submitted through your account. Notify us if you believe your account is compromised.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing, billing period, trial terms, and renewal details are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law.
AI and third-party services
Optional AI features may send user-selected text, images, and relevant context to a disclosed AI provider. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for you. External services, links, music platforms, product databases, and Apple services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability or content.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions except where law permits, submit unlawful or infringing material, abuse AI or network services, or use Swole Goal to provide unlicensed medical care. We may limit or suspend access to protect users and the service.
Ownership and feedback
Swole Goal, its software, branding, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in information you submit. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. Beta features may be unstable and may change before release. We do not promise that every recommendation, integration, or external link will always be available.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Swole Goal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Swole Goal and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination and contact
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for material violations, security risks, or legal requirements. Provisions that logically survive termination remain in effect. Questions can be sent to support@getswolegoal.com.
